Léon Bakst, born Leyb-Khaim Izrailevich (Samoylovich) Rosenberg (Russian: Леон (Лев) Николаевич Бакст, Лейб-Хаим Израилевич (Самойлович) Розенберг; 27 January (8 February) 1866 - 28 December 1924) was a Belarusian painter and scene and costume designer of Jewish origin.
